Chris Pfendler managed the escrow division of Beacon Title from 1986 to November of 2000, during which time he was also responsible for preparing the legal documents required for closing. He presently prepares the deeds, affidavits and other legal documents that are necessary for the ongoing closing needs of Beacon Title and assists with closings upon request.

Attorney Pfendler is also engaged in the private practice of law in Stark County and the surrounding area and focuses on real estate law and wills, trusts and estates and estate planning.
